State of the art keyless locks

keyless lockIf using your fingerprint to open a lock sounds like science fiction, think again. The technology is here and keyless locks are a fact!

As burglars get bolder and fraudsters get cleverer, the keyless lock is all the rage with homebuyers. Put your mind to it and the benefits are endless.

Here’s our top five advantages to fitting a keyless lock:

  • you might easily lose your keys but you’d have to be very careless indeed to lose your own unique biometric signature - your fingerprint. And it’s even less likely you’d accidentally mislay your finger!
  • It can’t be stolen and, unless you fall foul of an evil forensic genius, your fingerprint can’t be reproduced or forged.
  • The actual lock element of the keyless lock  is just as secure, sturdy and safe as a regular lock. It is only the means of opening the lock that’s different.
  • You can programme a keyless lock so that all the people you want in your home - your kids, family and maybe a close friend or two - have access.
  • You can re-programme your keyless lock anytime and change who has access in minutes if you need to… much faster and more secure than a normal key! You can even allow people access for just a short time then re-programme it immediately afterwards.

Move over Star Trek… the day of the keyless lock has finally arrived. Thank goodness Star Trek fashions haven’t caught on too!

I had no idea that this space age technology was even available commercially. Sounds great to me - no more worries about lost keys.

This is so cool. But I’m pretty sure burglars will find a way to outwit this technology again.
