I think much of the violence and crimes that is rampant today in our cities is due to kids not having much to do. This is especially true when kids get out of school and have alot of time on their hands. Many get involved with gangs and other groups that promise a better life. However, they fail to realize that those are short lived and might ruin their lives forever. We need to establish more social programs and after school activities so that our kids can get involved and find a clear path for their future.

I heard recently that the Conservatives would increase taxes on flights in order to reduce the amount of people travelling, but this would just hurt the common person, who looks forward to his summer holiday very much! It is difficult to see how we can sustain this growing demand for flights. I feel sorry for those living near airports, but not sure what other strategies would help beyond increasing airport size. I hope the rail system can ultimately be improved upon and made cheaper. This could alleviate some problems for those wishing to travel on low-cost airlines around UK or to France.

From what I have seen that is a sad reality of traveling to other countries when you become ill. There are services out there that will assist you in flying home, but offering an insurance policy would certainly be very helpful and help minimize the cost.

Swimming is a great way to keep fit, access to good swimming facilities can be difficult though. Hopefully the olympics coming to London in 2012 will help with this in both London and the rest of the UK

Hey, just wanted to write a quick note to say that my mom’s been using Elemis products for some time now and is very happy with them. She used to get a lot of irritations but she hasnt had any problems at all with Elemis. She would definitely recommend their products.

When we moved in to our new house, it needed decorating so we decided to decorate before we moved everything it.
I took the kettle, cups, milk, sweeteners and a tea towel with me so we coud have drinks while decorating. Three hours in to it all we decided to have a drink only to realise we have left the tea bags and the coffee at home!
As a joke my partner then bought me a masive bag of 1650 teabags. Needless to say were still using them!

Swimming really is a great way to lose weight and keep it off. It’s enjoyable and you’re more likely to keep it up and keep the weight off for good by making it part of your lifestyle. Swimming 3-5 times per week coupled with a healthy diet is a great way to get slim and stay slim. Sure beats sweating it out in the gym!
